Baked tikka biryani:
Ingredients
Boil rice ½ kg
Tomatoes 4
Onions 2
Ginger garlic 1tbsp
Red chili powder 2tsp
Salt 1-1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1tsp
Nutmeg ground ½ tsp
Mace ground ½ tsp
Star anise ground ½ tsp
Plum 50gm
Black pepper whole 1tsp
Cumin 1tsp
Mint ½ bunch
Green chilies 4
Coal 1piece
Oil ½ cup
Curry leaves 6
Yogurt 250gm
Ingredients for tikka
tikka Leg piece 2
Red pepper ground 1tsp
Cumin roasted 2tsp
Chaat masala 1tsp
Ginger garlic 2tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Yellow color pinch
Lemon juice 4tbsp
Mango powder 2tsp
Butter 50gm
Method
Marinate chicken tikka leg piece wuth all the tikka ingredients for about 1 hour . now bake it on 180 deg . for biryani heat oil in a pan fry onion till brown , now add curry leaves , tomatoes, ginger garlic , red chili powder , salt , turmeric, mace , nutmeg star anise ground , plums , black pepper whole , and cumin now roast it . now add yogurt , green chilies , mint , and boil rice , now dish out the biryani and place tikka on top give smoke of coal simmer 30 min , lastly serve with onion temper .
Gujrati sweet:
Ingredients
Plain flour 200gm
Clarified butter 150gm
Jiggery 20gm
Coconut powder 100gm
Almonds 50gm
Pistachio 50gm
Cardamom ½ tsp
Milk ½ cup
Edible gum 100gm
Method
Heat clarified butter and fry the edible gum . now in the remaining clarified butter roast plain flour , now add the ground jiggery in it , now add milk , cardamom and coconut ground, now pour this mixture on grease tray sprinkle almonds and pistachios and serve .
