Chicken Goulash:
Ingredients:
Chicken thighs (chopped) 500gm
Oil ¼ cup
Sliced onion 1
Chopped mushrooms ½ cup
Chopped capsicum 1
Crushed garlic 2 cloves
Sweet paprika 1 tbsp
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Chopped tomatoes 3
Boiled fettuccine 1 packet
Sour cream 2 tbsp
Chopped green onion 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper as required
Method:
Saute chicken in oil and remove. Now add onion, mushrooms, capsicum, garlic and paprika in oil and cook. Then add tomatoes and tomato paste when water gets dries then add chicken with salt and black pepper. Serve with fettuccini with sour cream and green onions on top.
Apple Crumble:
Ingredients:
Sliced apples ½ kg
Condensed milk ½ cup
Butter 2 tbsp
For crumble:
Flour ½ cup
Butter 3 tbsp
Almonds 3 tbsp (for garnish)
Method:
Preheat oven to 180 C. Heat condensed milk and butter in pan. Then arrange apple slices in oven proof dish add condensed milk on top. Mix flour, butter and make it like crumble with hand then add on top and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
