France is famous for its grand écoles - prestigious institutions of higher education that cater to the great and the good. Whether it's business, engineering or administration - the French elite has learnt its trade in those hallowed halls. Now - the official stamp has been given to another school - but this one specialises in magic. The BBC's Tim Allman explains.
