Former India captain Sourav Ganguly on Tuesday (October 23) addressed the media in Mumbai after getting elected as the new BCCI president. Ganguly was unanimously chosen by the members of the board as the head of the BCCI for a period of 9 nine months. Ganguly will need to demit office by the end of July next year as per the provisions of new constitution, which makes 'Cooling-Off' period mandatory after six years in office.
