S. Korea, Spain to hold bilateral talks on ways to expand partnership

South Korea and Spain will hold a summit in Seoul this afternoon ahead of the 70th anniversary of their diplomatic ties in 2020.
President Moon Jae-in and Spanish King Felipe VI will discuss ways to strengthen bilateral economic, scientific and cultural cooperation.
President Moon's drive for peace on the Korean Peninsula will also be on the table.
After the talks, the two sides will sign a set of MOUs,... followed by a dinner banquet.
King Felipe VI is on a two-day state visit to South Korea the first Spanish King to visit the country in 23 years.
