Economic Affairs Minister Datuk Seri Azmin Ali said "desperate" parties who are calling for a change of the country's top leadership are the ones who are trying to form a back-door government.

Speaking to reporters at the Parliament lobby on Tuesday, the PKR deputy president urged all parties to respect the mandate given by the rakyat during the last general election.
