Worthington Lake care home "downs tools" to care for residents

Worthington Lake has now implemented a "down tools" time twice a day where all staff in the building stop working and spend quality time with residents of the home. This has been a massive success and turned in to a regular dance/singing session for a good 45 minutes twice a day.
