Police were seen lining the streets of Oxford on Monday (October 14) as Andrew Harper's funeral procession passed.

A private funeral service for friends and family is being held at Christ Church Cathedral.

The 28-year-old died after he was dragged along the road by a vehicle in Sulhamstead while responding to a suspected burglary on 15 August.
