A so-called "vigilante cyclist" has struck again, capturing a UK bus driver using his mobile phone while at the wheel.
Dave Sherry, a helmet cam cyclist from Essex, captured a bus driver on a 420A TrustyBus service from North Weald to Harlow apparently using the Facebook-owned messaging application WhatsApp while waiting at a set of temporary traffic lights in Palmers Hill, Epping on Saturday (September 28) at 4:15pm.
The bus had several passengers on board, including senior citizens.
Sherry, who has been described as Britain's most hated cyclist and works as a bus driver himself, says he reports around 70 motorists per week for law-breaking activities.
The cyclist is heard saying: "You should know better. I'm a bus driver myself for 20 years. The traffic commissioner is going to have a little chat about you and your phone use. When you get to the garage Google Dave Sherry."
