The National Unification Advisory Council is a constitutional organization established to advise the President of South Korea on the formulation of peaceful unification policy.
President Moon and the new presidential council members, including the new deputy chair, Jeong Se-hyun, are expected to discuss the South Korean president's latest summit talks with U.S. President Donald Trump in New York last week and share their views on the future North Korea, U.S. talks and future prospects for the Korean Peninsula peace process.
