North Korea's top diplomat says the United States has done nothing to implement any of the deals it made with the North and the prospect for further summits remains dim at the moment.
Pyeongyang's state-run Korean Central News Agency reported Friday that its Foreign Minister Kim Kye-gwan made the remarks.
However, he also went on to note that President Trump is different from his predecessors in the White House and he hopes Trump takes the wise option and makes a bold decision.
