In fact, there's a famous study that demonstrated that if you want to be really happy, your money is better invested in experiences rather than material things.You see adaptation is the enemy of happiness, and so when you buy an object you get an instant boost in gratification, but as you adapt to owning the object, it means less and less.
So putting money into objects, is not the best use of your money.
Adventures on the other hand, are thrilling. They give you happiness, they shape you. They often lead you to forge deeper bonds with your friends, or even make new friends.
And so the memories you create from these experiences give you joy for years.
So what I'm going to do, is teach you how to create a vision for what sort of adventures you want in your life.
Adventures don't have to be time consuming or even expensive as you'll see in this training.
But the idea behind this particular deep dive, is to get you thinking about adventures, which are simply beautiful things that you can bring into your life that are going to create amazing memories.
