'Life-Threatening' Danger in Texas .
According to CBS, areas near
Houston that were previously struck by
Hurricane Harvey are being affected again.
The August 2017 hurricane
dumped over four feet of water around the city.
It ended up causing over
$125 billion worth of damage.
In Imelda's case, road closures and hospital evacuations have been reported in areas east of Houston.
The National Weather Service has issued "life-threatening rainfall" warnings
to several counties.
The police department in the city
of Beaumont says it has made
hundreds of flooding rescues.
CBS adds that nearly three feet of rain from Imelda could affect
parts of the state.
It's bad. Homes that did not flood in Harvey are
