A little boy rides pillion as his father drive their motorcycle along the main road in Tanza town, Cavite, the Philippines on August 31.

A woman who does not want to be named and her husband were concerned about the safety of the boy so they took a video.

She said: "My husband did not want to use the car horn because the child might get startled. We gave the video to the village officials to implement road safety rules properly."
