Tandoori chicken with garlic rice:

Ingredients

Chicken 1 kg
Garlic paste 1 tbsp heaped
Tandoori masala ½ packet
Chili powder ½ tsp heaped
Salt ½ tsp
Yogurt 1 ½ cup
Oil ¼ cup
Allspice 1 tsp
Chat masala ½ tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Black pepper pinch
Orange red color pinch
Sambal oleak 1 tbsp
Method
Marinate chicken with all the given spices, yogurt, heat oil in a pan, add marinated chicken, cook until done, keep the chicken saucy, give dum of coal.
Ingredients for rice
Boiled rice 2 cups
Onion chopped ½ cup
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Ingredients for garnishing
Onion rings for 1 onion
Tomato rings of 1 tomato
Capsicum rings of 1 capsicum
Green chilies julienne 4
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
NoteCut the veggies in round slices, stir fry all of them separately in 2 tbsp oil for 2 mins.Method for rice Heat oil in a wok, add chopped onion and garlic with cumin seeds, fry till garlic light golden, add boiled rice with ¼ cup water, cover and leave it on dum till rice done, dish out the rice, add the tandoori chicken mixture on top, now add the stir fried veggies on top and enjoy.

Apple cookies:

Ingredients

Flour 2 cups heaped
Butter 5 ounces
Yogurt 1 tbsp
Egg yolk 1
Caster sugar 3 ounces
Vanilla essence ½ tsp
Ingredients for stuffing
Apples peeled and grated 2
Brown sugar 2 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Cinnamon ½ tsp
Walnuts chopped ¼ cup

Method

Scrape the apples and cook them together with sugar and butter in a sauce pan until dry, stir constantly, remove from fire, add cinnamon and walnuts, in a bowl beat softened butter with caster sugar, add yolk and yogurt, add the flour and form it into a dough, pre heat oven to 170 d, divide the cookie dough into small pieces, form it into a ball, press in against a curved knife to get a wavy shape of the cookie, in the middle of the dough in length, while the dough is on knife, put 1 tsp of the stuffing and press both ends to seal, place the dough on a tray covered with baking paper, bake the cookie for 20 mins until slightly light brown, let them cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.


Mayo garlic kebab:

Ingredients

Tikka boti ½ packet
Potatoes boiled / mashed ½ kg.
Salt ½ tsp
Red pepper crushed ½ tsp
Behari boti masala ½ packet
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Sambal oleak 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Coal for smoke
Egg 1
Bread crumbs as r
