Recent evidence suggests North Korea has shut its Yeongbyeon plutonium-producing reactor ... for just long enough for it to be refuelled.
That's according to a report by the International Atomic Energy Agency... which said it has been monitoring movements at the five-megawatt reactor since last August.
It found that the reactor was intermittently being operated until the end of November... then it was completely shut down the month after.
The agency said it observed movements suggesting signs of reprocessing activities at the plant's radiochemical lab... as well as evidence showing that the North had loaded parts to the reactor building.
