A group of policemen carried a pregnant woman on a cot for a mile in northern India after the ambulance failed to reach her home.
The incident took place on the night of September 15 near Bhareh in Uttar Pradesh's Etawah district.
Footage showed three policemen and a relative of the woman carrying the cot.
According to local media, the woman was being carried to the ambulance by her family members when police was alerted.
Fearing for the patient's life, a team consisting of Ravindra Singh, Sumit Kumar, Anuj Kumar and Sachan Singh rushed to help the woman.
They said the area was flooded due to heavy rain.
