Ingredients used in Sarva Pindi - Spicy rice flour pancake:
• Grated Bottle Gourd - 1 cup.
• Curry leaves- 12- 15
• Chopped Coriander Leaves.
• Sesame seeds - 4 tablespoons.
• Crushed paste - 5.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Channa dal - 1/2 cup.
• Oil - as required.
• Rice flour - 250 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Green chilies - 3 number.
• Water - as required.
• Crushed Peanuts - 2 tbsp
• Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Method:
1. Soak channa dal in water for 30minutes.
Now take a bowl to add soaked channa dal remove water, ginger 2.garlic paste, onion, salt, red chili powder, sesame seeds, curry leaves, green chilies chopped, Rice flour mix well then add enough water to make a soft dough.
3. Take a pan to add little oil, take a hand full for dough and make a ball spread all over the pan equally. Make small holes all over add oil on top of it and cover it with a lid and cook in slow flame till it is golden brown color.
4.Can cook both the side if needed.
