Rajiv Kumar, former West Bengal police commissioner and Saradha scam accused, does not see the impact of CBI summons. Rajiv Kumar also did not appear before the CBI on Monday. After which CBI has filed caveat in the Supreme Court in the case of Rajiv Kumar's bail.

पश्चिम बंगाल के पूर्व पुलिस कमिश्नर और सारदा घोटाले के आरोपी राजीव कुमार पर सीबीआई के समन का असर नहीं दिख रहा। सोमवार को भी राजीव कुमार सीबीआई के सामने हाजिर नहीं हुए। जिसके बाद राजीव कुमार की जमानत के मामले में सीबीआई ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में कैवियट दाखिल किया है।
