South Korea has begun issuing a new type of driver's license in the English language... valid in thirty-three countries including the United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore and parts of Canada.
The National Police Agency said Monday... that local drivers can apply for the English driver's license for about nine U.S. dollars... at a local police station or a driver's license test center.
However, the terms of use for the license differ for each country,... so travelers are advised to keep this in mind before traveling abroad.
