The British Prime Minister Boris Johnson is travelling to Luxemburg today to meet the President of the European Commission, Jean-Claude Juncker to talk Brexit. They'll want to explore whether mutually agreeable amendments to the withdrawal agreement can be found that could find a majority in the British Parliament. The BBC's Tim Allman explains.
