Hundreds of people have turned up at shopping centres across Hong Kong for “singing protests” against the government's now-shelved extradition bill.  On September 11, 2019, the groups sang Glory to Hong Kong, a new theme song which some protesters regard as Hong Kong’s “national anthem”.  The new song was reportedly composed by a local musician to unite and encourage protesters.
