Know the importance & significance of Crow in Pitru Paksha. In Hinduism, it is a general belief that ancestors come back to us in the form of crows and hence crows symbolise the Pitri or Pitra. In Hindu religion, ancestors are remembered every year and people pay homage to the souls of their dead parents by performing certain rituals during Shradh. Feeding crows is one such ritual that is performed in tandem with other rituals during the observation of Shradh.
