Guwahati police on Friday arrested a burglar who was reportedly involved in three major looting cases in the city.

Joint Police Commissioner Devraj Upadhay while speaking to media informed that as per the modus operandi of the Delhi based gang, they generally throw some chemical like substances upon the victim to loot their valuable items and other belongings.
