Philippine shares surged to within a few points of the 7,000 level it last hit in May 2013, as investors reacted to a surprise slowdown in inflation last month. That eased concerns faster inflation would force the BSP to raise interest rates. Economists though say we aren't out of the woods yet. Warren de Guzman reports.
