MANILA - Sen. Jinggoy Estrada on Monday could not hide the hurt in his voice as he told his family that he would be going to the Sandiganbayan to turn himself in. "Tara na. Baka hinihintay na tayo ng mga pulis," he told radio dzMM. He admitted that he is hurt by the ruling of the Sandiganbayan Fifth Division finding probable cause in the plunder and graft charges filed against him. "Masakit dahil unang una wala namang basehan itong mga paratang nila sa atin," he said. Estrada is the second senator ordered arrested in connection with the pork barrel scam. He is accused of pocketing P183 million in pork barrel scam kickbacks after allegedly channeling his priority development assistance funds to bogus non-government organizations of Janet Lim Napoles.
