MANILA (UPDATED) - The Makati Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 150 has ordered the immediate transfer of Janet Lim Napoles back to Fort Sto. Domingo in Sta. Rosa, Laguna after Napoles' physicians approved her discharge from the Ospital ng Makati (OsMak). Speaking to reporters on Thursday, Makati RTC Branch 150 clerk of court Atty. Diosfa Valencia said the order is immediately executory. This means Napoles can be brought back to her detention cell anytime within the day. "Yung order po ni Judge (Elmo Alameda) pinapa-implement na po niya ang pagbabalik po kay Napoles sa Fort Sto. Domingo, Laguna immediately. Upon receipt po ng PNP (Philippine National Police), yung security niya, anytime today dadalhin na po siya ibabalik na po siya," Valencia said. She said Napoles' attending physicians in OsMak cleared her for discharge on Wednesday evening. "Dahil po sa pag-discharge kay Napoles, wala na pong reason para manatili pa po siya sa hospital for recovery," she said. Speaking to ANC's News Now, PNP spokesperson Chief Supt. Reuben Theodore Sindac said they will see to it that the order will be implemented "at the soonest possible time." Sindac said Calabarzon police regional director Chief Supt. Jesus Gatchalian is now making the necessary arrangements for Napoles' security. MEDICAL EQUIPMENT For her part, Napoles' lawyer said they will respect the court's order and just file the necessary pleadings later. But Atty. Faye Singson said since her client is still advised by doctors to take complete bed rest, they may ask for adjustments in her detention cell. "Sinabi po kasi dun sa progress report galing sa OsMak na she will have to have a complete bed rest. So we might have to bring in certain equipment sa Fort Sto. Domingo such as yung commode para dun lang po sa bedside niya to answer the call of nature," she said. The PNP, however, said that while Napoles' detention cell can accommodate "whatever medical equipment, including but not limited to an air-conditioning unit," they will only allow it "if and when the court so orders." "The PNP will not add anything without any court clearance or court order... The doctors will have to make representations to her counsel and her counsel will make similar necessary motions to the court, so that the court can order us to implement their request," Sindac said. Meanwhile, as for Napoles' follow-up check-ups, Valencia said her doctors will be the ones to go to Fort Sto. Domingo. Napoles, the alleged mastermind of the multibillion-peso pork barrel scam, underwent surgery to remove a tumor in her uterus in the OsMak last April 23. She was supposed to be returned to Fort Sto. Domingo, where she is detained for a separate serious illegal detention case filed by whistleblower Benhur Luy, by May 23. However, the court held off its order to transfer Napoles back to her detention cell after her camp filed on May 21 an urgent motion to allow her to stay longer in the hospital due to vaginal bleeding. A Commission on Audit (COA) report earlier said more than P2 billion in PDAF went to Napoles' bogus NGOs from 2007-2009. Three opposition senators -- Juan Ponce Enrile, Jinggoy Estrada and Ramon "Bong" Revilla Jr. -- are facing plunder charges before the Ombudsman for giving their PDAF to Napoles foundations.
