MANILA, Philippines – Territorial disputes in the South China Sea, or what Manila calls the West Philippine Sea, are a key focus in the ASEAN Summit in Myanmar. President Aquino has said he will raise the matter when he meets with his fellow ASEAN leaders today. The Philippines has been pushing for a code of conduct in the South China Sea. It has also taken the row with China to an international tribunal.
