President Aquino orders a probe into the alleged practice of government agencies to hire employees on a job-order basis. This was one of the complaints raised in the 2-hour dialogue Aquino had with 30 labor leaders in Malacañang. Aquino said job orders should only be practiced during emergency situations such as what happened in areas hit by typhoon "Yolanda."
