The Chinese government has reportedly blacklisted 55 Asian celebrities for voicing support for democracy in Hong Kong, meaning they won't be able to take part in any local media projects.
That's according to the Hong Kong-based South China Morning Post, which reported Tuesday that those celebrities are from Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea and Japan.
It's not clear which Koreans are on the list.
But from Hong Kong, it includes singer Denise Ho, who was already banned from the Chinese media for her participation in the 2014 Umbrella Movement.
Other high-profile celebrities on the list include Taiwanese actress Shu Qi and Hong Kong actor Chapman To.
