This was the moment a driver in Hornsey, London waited at a green light while an elderly pedestrian took a long time to cross on August 30.

The elderly man is seen shuffling sideways across the road while the driver comes to a halt at the crossing.

The filmer said: "He started to cross when the lights turned red and [he] was still crossing when they turned green again.

"I really wanted to get out and help him cross."
