At least 18 soldiers were wounded in an ongoing firefight with Abu Sayyaf members in Basilan. AFP public affairs office chief Lt. Col. Ramon Zagala said the firefight started at around 2 a.m. He said the government troops are going after a high ranking Abu Sayyaf officer, Commander Furuji Indaman.
