MANILA - To address the long lines at Metro Rail Transit stations during rush hour, MRT General Manager Al Vitangcol said makeshift tents and drinking stations have been put up at the North Avenue, Quezon Avenue and Kamuning stations. Vitangcol said security guards have also been deployed to ensure the safety of passengers waiting outside the stations.
