The Bureau of Internal Revenue filed a P194 million tax evasion complaint against Cedric Lee's company Izumo Contractors. Lee is the businessman involved in the mauling of actor Vhong Navarro. Included in the complaint are Lee, as president and and CEO of Izumo, the company's chief operating officer John K. Ong, and chief financial officer Judy Gutierrez Lee.
