MANILA - Dianna Wilwayco, the Ateneo de Manila University law graduate who placed second in the 2013 Bar exams, said she was shocked to hear that she made it to the top 10. "I was really, really shocked. I couldn't move, until now, I am shaking. I wasn't really expecting that I would place in the Bar. What was important is that I would pass," she said in an interview on ANC's Dateline Philippines. She said she was in a coffee shop when she got the news from a sorority member that she had placed second in the 2013 Bar exam. She said she deliberately tried to avoid any news about the Bar exam results and went to a place without a wi-fi signal. She said she immediately called her mom, a lawyer, to relay the good news. She said her mother did not want her to take up law int he first place. She said she was interested to pursue the profession to help the justice system. Wilwayco is already working in a law firm.
