MANILA - Interior and Local Government Secretary Mar Roxas on Monday warned private security firms in Boracay Island not to hire out their employees as private armies. This amid tension on the island over a 2.1-hectare property in Boracay that was donated to the Aeta community. Private stakeholders have protested the donation. A security guard has been linked to the murder of an Aeta tribal leader last year. RADIO DZMM, March 3, 2014
