MANILA - After a long silence, Senator Bong Revilla is scheduled to deliver a privilege speech today to address his alleged involvement in the pork barrel scam. Revilla is accused of receiving kickbacks totaling more than 200 million pesos. Senators Revilla, Jinggoy Estrada and Juan Ponce Enrile are facing a plunder complaint for allegedly diverting their pork barrel funds to fake non-government organizations of alleged scam mastermind Janet Lim Napoles.
