Energy Secretary Jericho Petilla on Tuesday said all areas hit by super typhoon "Yolanda" have been energized. Over 300 municipalities in the Visayas lost power at the height of the super typhoon. Late last year, Petilla offered to resign after failing to meet his self-imposed deadline to restore power in those areas by Christmas.
