Ninety-nine percent of the infrastructure in Guiuan town in Eastern Samar were damaged during the onslaught of super typhoon "Yolanda," local officials said. Among those damaged due to the super typhoon was the town's municipal hall as well as the Immaculate Concepcion Parish. According to the municipal social welfare development officer in Guiuan, the total number of fatalities in the town as of Wednesday is 85.
