Former Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Secretary Rene Villa has confirmed receiving a vehicle from Janet Lim Napoles when he was still her lawyer. Villa also received P500,000 in cash from Napoles during one of their meetings. But he insisted these were all part of his legal fees. Villa also denied being the link between the Liberal Party and Napoles. Meanwhile, Atty. Levito Baligod, the lawyer of pork barrel scam key whistleblower Benhur Luy, said they have documents to prove Villa had transactions with Napoles even during his time as DAR secretary. "Nung secretary pa lamang siya, may mga pondo ng gobyerno na na-implement ng mga NGOs ni Ginang Napoles...
