TUBIGON, BOHOL - Residents of Barangay Libertad have put up a sign near the main highway to ask for food, water and medicine from officials and people bringing relief goods to quake victims. A radio dzMM report said the sign read: "We need food, water, medicine, please." Volunteer teacher Jacel Toto said residents desperately need drinking water and food as well as medicine for hypertension. She said the only relief aid they have received were 2 cans of carne norte, which they had to divide among themselves. The report said a sari-sari store was open near the area where the sign was put up but residents have no money to buy food. Radio DZMM, October 21, 2013
