MANILA -- President Aquino will appoint his senior military aide as the next commander of the Presidential Security Group (PSG). Navy Captain Raul Ubando will be formally named the new PSG chief during the change of command ceremony in Malacañang today. Ubando is replacing Brig. General Ramon Mateo Dizon, who has reached the mandatory retirement age. Ubando is a member of the Philippine Military Academy class of 1985. Mornings @ ANC, August 30, 2013
