Good morning, the southern provinces are bracing for showers. The latest monsoon front is soaking Jeju and southern coastal regions, and a heavy rain advisory has been issued for the whole of Jeju Island since last night.
Until tomorrow Jeju, Jeollanam-do and Gyeongsangnam-do Provinces are forecast to see 30 to 80 millimeters of rain, and those in southern coastal regions will need to brace to heavy showers of 30 millimeters per hour.
Morning temperatures are a touch cooler than Sunday. It's a breezy start to our Monday.
Daily highs will range from 23 to 30 degrees Celsius. Those of you down south will notice the drop in temperatures while northern regions will be warmer than Sunday. Seoul at 30 degrees, Gyeongju at 23 degrees.
We have frequent rain in the forecast this week, not only in Seoul but most regions will be affected by fall the monsoon rain along with cooler readings.
