The fourth named storm of the 2019 Atlantic Hurricane Season, Dorian is intensifying as it tracks through the open water of the Atlantic Ocean. A state of emergency has been declared in Florida, and shelves in coastal shops are being stripped as residents prepare for Dorian to make landfall.
