Babar did not break Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, Lawyer claims in Supreme Court. Babri Masjid Ram Janmabhoomi dispute in Ayodhya is being heard regularly in the country's biggest court. A five-member constitution bench headed by Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi is hearing the arguments of key parties in the case. No evidence has been found that the structure was built by Babur. While the other judge said that it was built by Aurangzeb. But Muslim parties could not prove that the mosque was built by Babur.

देश की सबसे बड़ी अदालत में चल रहे देश के सबसे बड़े मुकदमे अयोध्या के बाबरी मस्जिद राम जन्मभूमि विवाद की नियमित रूप से सुनवाई हो रही है . चीफ जस्टिस रंजन गोगोई की अध्यक्षता वाली पांच सदस्यीय संविधान पीठ इस मुकदमे के प्रमुख पक्षकारों की दलीलें सुन रही है . इसका कोई सबूत नहीं मिला है कि ढांचे का निर्माण बाबर ने कराया था। जबकि दूसरे जज ने कहा था कि इसे औरंगजेब ने बनवाया था। लेकिन मुस्लिम पक्षकार साबित नहीं कर पाए कि मस्जिद का निर्माण बाबर ने करवाया था।
