At first glance, Irshad's story resembles the script of a Bollywood movie. But he tells how police arrested him on false charges and then tortured him. Police even forced him to become an informer. Irshad even worked as an informer for the Intelligence Bureau (IB) for a few years. He even claims that the IB used to pay him Rs 7,000 per month.
