The Murder Of Marilyn Monroe? - First Police Officer At The Crime Scene 1962
Sergeant Jack Clemmons was the first police officer to arrive at the scene of Marilyn's death in the early morning of August 5,1962.It was Clemmons who took the phone call from Marilyn's doctor, at 4:25am.He arrived at Marilyn's house a short time later. Upon seeing Marilyn's body Clemmons estimated that Marilyn had been dead for at least 8 hours, which would have put her time of death at approx 9 pm on August 4th 1962.
Clemmons later said " It looked like the whole thing had been staged. She couldn't have died in that position. To me it was an out-and-out case of murder
