MANILA, Philippines – The Philippine National Games (PNG) expect to bring out the best in the Filipino athletes as they search for newcomers seeking slots to the national teams. Sports Commission chairman Richie Garcia said the elite pool and the aspiring rookies will face off in the PNG.
