Dirty and foul-smelling toilets along with litter reflect the country’s lack of civic mindedness, Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said on Tuesday.
He said he often inspects public toilets and found them disgusting.
The same, he said about rubbish and litterbugs.
