Ladakh MP Jamyang Tseing Namgyal, who shot to fame with his speech in Lok Sabha after Ladakh was made a Union Territory, returned to his home town on Sunday and was greeted with a rousing welcome. The young BJP MP, who became an overnight sensation with his speech, was seen dancing in celebration along with locals in his constituency.
